The Juniors program will involve players being exposed to new ideas, formations, tactics, etc. While they have a foundation in the fundamentals of how to play, they are now absorbing many of the details involved in the game that allow players and teams to be successful. A crucial piece of this process will be for coaches and parents to allow learning to take place. Players will take time to understand and be able to implement these tactics and ideas. They will be trying new things which they've never done before. It is important that we allow these players to try these things and allow learning to happen naturally through demonstration, rehearsal, guided practice, and implementation.
